SAP Solution Architect - Sourcing & Procurement - S/4HANA

Position Summary: 

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Ariba Expert to lead and support the integration and optimization of procurement processes across SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in direct procurement, sourcing, and supplier lifecycle management, with a strong track record of implementing and supporting Ariba modules in complex enterprise environments. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage and implement continuous improvement related CRs in Ariba Sourcing, Ariba SLP and S4 HANA MM 

• Integrate Ariba with SAP S/4HANA for direct procurement processes, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment. 

• Lead the digital transformation of procurement operations by implementing process improvement related Change Requests. 

• Collaborate with procurement, legal, and compliance teams to align supplier governance policies and ensure audit readiness. 

• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Ariba and S/4HANA procurement functionalities. 

• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions. 

• Maintain supplier master data integrity across systems. 

• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and external regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, ESG). 

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field. 

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Ariba (Sourcing, SLP, Buying) and SAP S/4HANA (especially direct procurement). 

• Proven experience in at least 2 full-cycle implementations involving Ariba and S/4HANA integration. 

• Strong understanding of procurement operations, supplier management, and sourcing strategies. 

• Hands-on experience with Ariba Business Network, Guided Buying, and Supplier Risk Management.

• Hands-on experience with S4 HANA MM, Supplier Lifecycle and Performance and Ariba Sourcing 

• Familiarity with SAP MM and SRM 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• SAP Ariba and/or S/4HANA certifications. 

• Experience with SAP Activate methodology. 

• Knowledge of compliance frameworks and supplier performance KPIs. 

• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
