About the team:
- Non Financial Risk Management are an established organization within DB consolidating to legal, operational and Compliance risks and to support the business lines by analysing and assessing the risks in these areas and providing advice on documentation, procedures and controls, with a view to optimal management of these risks and to ensure that business develops harmoniously.

Business Overview:
Non-Financial Risk Management (NFRM) manages the Bank’s non-financial risks. These include:
- Operational Risk: The risk of loss resulting from inadequate or failed internal processes, people and systems or from external events, and includes legal risks.
- Reputational Risk: The risk of possible damage to DB’s brand and reputation, and the associated risk to earnings, capital or liquidity arising from any association, action or inaction which could be perceived by stakeholders to be inappropriate, unethical or inconsistent with the Banks’ values and beliefs.
- NFRM defines the non-financial risk Framework to appropriately Identify, Assess, Mitigate, Monitor, Report and escalate non-financial risks.
The NFR Framework defines the consistent management of risk across over 100 non-financial risk types including:
- Information and Resilience risks (IRRM)
- Transaction Processing risks (TPR)
- Benchmark submissions risks
- Anti-Financial Crime risks
The NFRM Framework team is responsible for the development, maintenance, improvement and regulatory compliance of the overall NFR Framework. This includes:
- The principles, policies and procedure landscape
- Defining the roles and responsibilities across the bank for NFRM
- NFR governance across the bank
- The NFR tool set and capabilities, including: events, lessons learned, actions & tracking, scenarios and reporting
- Training, communication and implementation of the Framework components
- Independently assessing conformance for the implementation of the Framework

Your key responsibilities
- The Scrum Master operates at Squad level and is a change agent with a passion for working with people and teams to help them maximize the value created by the Squad.
- They will do this by helping the team understand Agile theory, practices and values and translating this into practice by running the standard Agile ceremonies.
- The Scrum master develops and leads multi-discipline team(s), helping them to deliver value by facilitating progress and coaching them into a self-organized team.
- The Scrum Master will also coordinate with the different squads and release management to ensure successful delivery of features in production.
- Ensure adherence to the guiding principles of Scrum and the agile framework (DoR, DoD, acceptance criteria etc.)
- Help to remove impediments flagged by the delivery team
- Guide the team in structuring and managing the product backlog
- Manage JIRA dashboards
- Produce sprint completion reports and metrics
- Advantageous skills
- Functional domain knowledge and delivery expertise
- Not part of SM role
- Creating or writing JIRA tickets for other team members
- Release management
Your skills and experience
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
- Knowledge and experience in Agile principles and frameworks: e.g. Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, Kanban.
- Knowledge and experience with widely successful Agile techniques:
- User Stories,
- Acceptance Test Driven Development,
- Behavior Driven Development,
- Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Peer Programming,
- Automated Testing
- Experience with distributed, multi-locations teams.
- Familiar with tools for Agile team management: e.g. JIRA & Confluence.
- Goods skills of group facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency.
- Scrum Master certified and experienced is a definite plus but not mandatory.
- Understand and promote Agile values: FROCC (Focus, Respect, Openness, Commitment, Courage)
- A great team player who is comfortable resolving impediments along with stakeholders.
- Able to inspire and motivate people and multi-disciplinary, self-organized teams
- Experience or technical knowledge in financial domain is a plus.

- Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in an IT related discipline
