The Scrum Master will lead Agile teams, focusing on SAP implementations, ensuring effective communication and facilitating Scrum practices effectively.
- Overall, Min 8+ exp. Of which Min.3 years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role.
Proven experience working with SAP implementation/development teams (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC, SAP Cloud Platform, ABAP, Fiori).
Expert-level knowledge of Agile principles and deep understanding of the Scrum framework.
Excellent servant leadership, facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate messages to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Direct SAP functional/technical experience is a strong asset.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), or equivalent certification is required.
Experience in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment (SAFe certification is a plus).
- Familiarity with the SAP Activate methodology and how Scrum integrates into it.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) specifically applied to SAP transport management.
