Collaborate with stakeholders to operationalize insights via Power BI, ensure GDPR compliance, and mentor/lead team members while driving technical design and innovation in generative AI and predictive modeling (churn, lead scoring).

Apply advanced statistical algebra, linear algebra, and optimization techniques to improve model accuracy and performance.
Conduct hypothesis testing, feature engineering, and model validation using rigorous statistical methods.
Develop and implement advanced analytics and machine learning solutions using Python, R, SQL, and leading ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
Apply statistical techniques, hypothesis testing, feature engineering, and modeling to deliver robust, data-driven insights and predictive models.
Leverage NLP technologies including spaCy, Transformers, and OCR to build intelligent text-processing and language-understanding solutions.
Drive innovation in Generative AI through the use of large language models and prompt engineering to create cutting-edge applications.
Ensure clear communication and structured problem-solving, translating complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for stakeholders.
Engage and influence business partners and stakeholders, providing actionable insights and fostering collaboration across teams.
Lead and develop talent, promoting engagement and growth within the team to build high-performing analytics and AI capabilities.
Develop predictive models for churn prediction, and lead scoring aligned with workflows.
Collaborate on Power BI dashboards to operationalize insights for business stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to GDPR and Regional Data policies for all ML workflows.
Mentor junior team members and lead technical design discussions.
