THE OPPORTUNITY

CONTEXT: 

Our IT department, international in scope (EMEA, AMER, APAC) and in full growth, is made up of around fifty experts in charge of the deployment and operation of the Ivalua Cloud which hosts the environments for our clients around the world.  It is also responsible for internal IT infrastructures, IT applications and data, as well as IT support for our users. In this context of growth, we are looking for a Security Analyst (SOC) to strengthen our team in Pune.

ROLE:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Security Analyst at Ivalua. You will be the first point of contact for all infrastructure projects, Security Operations Center (SOC) Program, including hands-on monitoring, investigation and response to security threats and malicious activity.

WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US

• Assist with the development of incident response plans, workflows, and SOPs
• Deploy and maintain security sensors and tools 
• Monitor security sensors (e.g. IDS, SIEM, Firewalls, etc.) and review logs to identify intrusions/security events
• Drive incident response efforts 
• Vulnerability Assessment/ Phishing Analysis/ MS Defender.
• Identify incident root cause and take proactive mitigation steps
• Dashboard level knowledge of Grafana/Kibana or similar monitoring tools.
• Create and brief security incident reports with customer
• Be available on-call for after-hours security and/or engineering issues 

YOUR PROFILE

• If you have the below experience and strengths this role could be for you:

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SOC or security management
• Experience with https://www.elastic.co/products/siem or other SIEM tools (Q-Radar, Splunk, AlienVault, etc.)
• Advanced Firewalls, Networking and Windows/Azure skills 
• Experience working in a production environment or datacenter with heterogeneous IT infrastructure 

Soft Skills:

• ITIL v3/v4 foundation certification.
• Relevant IT Security Certifications. 
• Good communication skills, problem solving aptitude,team player
