Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented semi qualified or qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10–12 years of. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Procure to Pay process for a US entity and basic understanding of US GAAP and IFRS
This role requires excellent communication skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration with global teams and external auditors.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Accounting & Month-End Close:
Perform / supervise creation of Purchase Order in Coupa, ensuring budget allocation, GL codes, legal entity etc
Perform a 2-way match with Invoices and Purchase Order
Make / review payments for Invoices.
Month end accrual for open invoices / purchase order.
Follow up with stakeholders or pending invoices / open purchase orders.
Supervise a team 2-3 people, across the globe
Taxation & Compliance:
Ensuring W-8 / W-9 are collected before making payments.
Review VAT compliances, including ensuring making timely and accurate payments.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Act as a liaison between finance, legal, and global operations teams.
Support ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
CA or semi qualified with 10–12 years of relevant experience.
Good knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
Experience with ERP systems and accounting software, Netsuite and Coupa is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
