Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, architects, and other engineers to identify and clearly define business problems that can be addressed with AI solutions
- Translate identified business challenges into specific technical requirements for AI models
- Design, develop, and implement AI solutions using cutting-edge techniques and algorithms
- Conduct thorough analysis of the environment where the AI model will be deployed. This includes factors like:
- Target users and their interactions with the AI system.
- Existing infrastructure and integration needs with current systems.
- Data security and privacy considerations.
- Scalability requirements to accommodate future growth.
- Design AI solutions that are robust and adaptable to the specific deployment environment.
- Consider potential ethical implications of AI implementation and ensure solutions adhere to responsible AI practices
- Train, test, and evaluate AI models to ensure optimal performance and adherence to ethical standards.
- Integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.
- Document AI systems thoroughly for future maintenance and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI and ML research.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located in India
- Candidate must have a notice period of 45 days or less (Company Policy)
- 5+ years of professional working experience within software development
- Demonstrated experience understanding business requirements and translating business needs into technical requirements for AI solutions
- Demonstrated experience (4+ years minimum) with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision (CV) techniques (image recognition, object detection, image generation)
- Possess a solid grasp of deep learning architectures like CNNs and RNNs
- Proficient in at least one programming language and have a strong foundation in coding best practices
- Background in traditional programming and can demonstrate your ability to break down complex problems into manageable steps
- Strong system architecture knowledge and can design scalable and maintainable AI solutions
- In-depth knowledge of mathematics, probability, statistics, and algorithms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the following:
- Unsupervised, semi-supervised, and supervised learning methods.
- Machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, SciPy, and StatsModels.
- Programming language: Python.
- A strong understanding of Transformer-based models.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Expertise in data engineering, including data curation, cleaning, and preprocessing.
- Strong collaboration skills with software engineering and operations teams to ensure the seamless integration and deployment of AI models.
- The ability to utilize tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Git to build and manage AI pipelines.
- Familiarity with DevOps and MLOps practices, including continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring of AI models.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7 years of relevant experience or Master's or Ph. D in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Published research or conference presentations in AI/ML areas, particularly in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision (CV).
- Experience with advanced transformer architectures (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5) and their practical application in NLP and CV domains.
- Proven experience in generative models (GANs, VAEs, diffusion models) and their application in image generation, text generation, or multimodal tasks.
- Knowledge of LLM fine-tuning, deployment, and prompt engineering for AI solutions, particularly in real-world applications like customer service or content generation.
- Prior experience collaborating with product teams to integrate AI solutions into large-scale software products, emphasizing AI usability, customer impact, and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of techniques for explainability and interpretability of AI models, essential for industries with strict compliance needs (e.g., finance, healthcare).
- Hands-on experience with deploying AI/ML models on cloud platforms such as AWS SageMaker, Azure AI, or Google AI Platform, with a focus on scalability and cost optimization.
