Job Description

Senior AI Engineer

Location: Pune / Noida / Bengaluru, India (Hybrid)

As an AI Engineer, you will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade artificial intelligence solutions that drive innovation and deliver measurable business value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including data scientists, software engineers, and partners—to build scalable, secure, and ethically responsible AI systems.

You will report to TECHNICAL LEADER - AI

• Develop AI Solutions: Build and implement AI models and pipelines that integrate with existing IT and data infrastructure, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with data scientists, engineers, and business teams throughout the AI solution lifecycle—from ideation and prototyping to deployment and monitoring.
• Technology Evaluation: Explore and recommend AI/ML frameworks, platforms, and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, cloud AI services) that align with project goals and technical feasibility.
• Follow Best Practices: Apply standards for model development, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management, with a focus on ethical AI and data privacy compliance.
• Support and Learn: Receive mentorship from senior AI leaders while contributing to the organization's AI strategy and adoption.

The Essentials – You Will Have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing and deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, and cloud-based AI services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure ML).
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, Java, or similar languages.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Exposure to cross-functional collaboration and delivering AI solutions that support business outcomes.

The Preferred – You Might Also Have:

• Experience deploying AI models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) in hybrid or multi-cloud setups.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices for continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Interest in mentoring and growing within AI or data science teams.
