Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and develop LLM-powered healthcare applications
- Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using payer policies, clinical evidence, and authorization guidelines
- Develop Agentic AI workflows and multi-agent orchestration frameworks
- Implement prompt engineering, evaluation, grounding, and safety frameworks
- Build AI copilots and decision-support assistants
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to deliver production-ready AI capabilities
- Support Responsible AI, AIRB, governance, and model observability
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of software engineering / AI experience
- Solid Python development experience
- Hands-on experience with:
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- RAG
- Prompt Engineering
- Agent Frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen)
- Vector Databases
- Experience with Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Services
- Experience deploying AI solutions in production environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare, Prior Authorization, Claims, or RCM experience
- Experience with AI evaluation and observability tools
- FHIR, HL7, Epic or healthcare interoperability knowledge
