Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale AI/ML and Generative AI solutions
• Own end-to-end lifecycle: data preparation, modelling, deployment, and monitoring
• Build advanced Generative AI systems using LLMs, RAG, multi-agent workflows, and LangChain/LangGraph
• Establish and maintain MLOps pipelines with CI/CD, containerization, and model versioning across Azure, GCP, and AWS
• Drive evaluation and adoption of emerging AI/ML and GenAI tools and technologies
• Mentor and guide engineering teams on best practices and architecture
• Implement robust observability, monitoring, and alerting for production AI systems
• Collaborate with data science teams to operationalize research models
• Optimize AI/ML systems for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
• Ensure compliance, security, and ethical standards in all AI/ML deployments

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
• 10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in AI/ML leadership roles
• Proven experience deploying and managing large-scale Generative AI and ML systems in production
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and MLOps (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Expertise in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face)
• Solid knowledge of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic AI workflows
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS) and their AI services
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and security/compliance in regulated domains
• Proven excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills

Preferred Qualification:

• Data science/statistical modelling experience
