Role Expectation: Ownership + Team Leadership
Primary Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of AI/ML products and platforms
- Translate complex business problems into scalable AI/ML solutions
- Architect ML systems including data, models, and deployment layers
- Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers
- Coordinate cross-functionally with product, data, and engineering teams
- Define best practices for model development, MLOps, and governance
- Drive reliability, scalability, and business impact of AI solutions
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience
- Proven track record of delivering AI products and leading teams
Key Skills:
- Deep expertise in ML/DL, model architecture, and optimization
- Solid system and ML solution design skills
- Proven experience in production-grade AI systems
- Leadership, mentoring, and delivery ownership
- MLOps and cloud-native ML architecture
- Stakeholder communication and execution focus
