About the team & role:
  • Rubrik is redefining data security and needs a highly organised and analytical professional to help scale the work of its global Transformation Office. The Transformation team is supporting Rubrik to be the definitive cyber resilience partner at the centre of every global organisation's transformation journey. We enable this through deep CXO & boardroom relationships that empower the C-suite with the ability to drive business outcomes.
  • The CXO Reporting & Operations will support the full Transformation (TX) team, including CXO Experiences, Customer Advocacy, Business Value Economics, and more, by building the operational infrastructure that enables consistent reporting, visibility, and performance measurement.
What you'll do:
  • Executive reporting: Create and maintain visually compelling and strategically sound presentations for senior leadership, translating complex and varying information into clear narratives
  • Data-driven analysis: Establish a structured approach to assess team impact based on strategic value, industry relevance, and measurable outcomes
  • Scalability and institutionalisation: Build a repeatable reporting model for highlighting CXO-driven transformation initiatives
  • Objectives and Key Results: Work across the Transformation team’s leaders to build, measure and track OKRs/KPIs on a monthly cadence
  • Financial reporting and budgeting: Work with the transformation team’s financial partner to bring transparency and reporting on previous spend, remaining budget and fiscal year forward budgetary planning
  • Cross-functional engagement: Align with sales, product management, customer success, and marketing teams to report across the transformation team’s interconnectivity
  • Ensure data consistency across multiple systems, e.g Salesforce, Asana, Google Sheets, and coordinate inputs across teams
  • Maintain centralised repositories for data, decks and metrics used by the CTxO and leadership team
Experience you'll need:
  • 5+ years of experience in executive reporting, business analytics and operations, preferably in enterprise software or cybersecurity
  • Proven ability to conduct Excel-based analyses 
  • Proven ability to develop impactful presentation content for the executive level
  • Proficiency in presentation software (like PowerPoint), experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau and Power BI a plus
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity, data security, and enterprise cloud transformation 
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex technical and business data and outcomes into insights that drive action at the highest levels.
  • High attention to detail and clear, concise communications with executive presence
Working Hours: 2 PM to 11 PM IST
