What You Will Do and Learn
We are looking for a Senior Analyst, NetSuite Functional to join our team and be a key component of our NetSuite ERP implementation team. Working with the NetSuite practice leadership, you will find creative ways to implement NetSuite efficiently and effectively, helping clients achieve enterprise ROI by utilizing the technology as a driver. We are seeking a candidate that can bring a business-oriented mindset to technology implementation and ideally has finance and accounting experience.
Ideal candidates will be able to:
- Understand client business processes for Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Revenue Recognition, Billing, Record to Report, Fixed Assets and other processes as needed.
- Understand finance and accounting processes related to financial close, transactional reporting, GL impacts.
- Bring a functional, business and process-oriented mindset to technology implementation. The ideal candidate should have relevant finance and accounting experience, and experience with NetSuite.
- Successfully manage and proactively communicate the progress of project tasks.
- Seek knowledge as necessary to complete tasks, openly communicate with team members for advice and knowledge sharing in a self-reliant manner.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Work with the customer to configure/ customize NetSuite application to meet their business requirements. Perform testing and support UAT and cutover activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience, preferably in software consulting, support of one or more NetSuite implementations, or in finance and accounting.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting preferred.
- NetSuite Administrator certification is must. Additional NetSuite certification will be added advantage.
- Possess a self-reliant eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
