Job Description
Job Summary
As a Senior Analyst, your responsibilities include the following:
- Executes transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines and follows all predefined procedures with the objective of meeting SLA target and to ensure that the performance parameters are met and exceeded within the guidelines, policies, and norms of company
- Resolves individual cases that need re-work In Order to ensure high C-Sat scores from the end user
- Come up with new ideas to improve in own work area. Identifies personal learning goals, leverages formal as well as informal learning mechanisms and prioritizes learning.
- Setting challenging goals for own self, demonstrates a sense of urgency to deliver on these goals in a timely and efficient manner. Has attention for details and focuses on delivering first time right out puts in a timely manner

- Good communication skills with a neutral accent
- Strong written and listening skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Non – Technical)
- 1-3 years of experience in US Insurance Operations
- Typing Speed should be 30 (WPM) words per minute
- Open to Night Shifts (US Time zones).
- Rich experience in US Insurance platform Usage
- Hands-on experience in US Insurance Domain, preferably Life insurance, annuities, and Retirement
