The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and accomplished professional to join our team as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a group of talented professionals and interact with various business organizations to create outstanding data-driven narratives, utilizing D&B's vast data resources.
The Business Intelligence team focuses on delivering valuable insights, conducting in-depth analyses, and creating impactful visualizations from data to empower internal stakeholders and external clients in their decision-making processes.
Responsibilities:
- Build interactive dashboards and reports using Looker.
- Develop and manage LookML code to define Data Models, Dimensions, and Measures
- Develop insight reports for external clients by integrating market data from various external tools with our vast data repository.
- Deliver ad-hoc data extracts to address business requirements by executing SQL queries on the underlying databases.
- Diagnose and address technical challenges related to Looker Models and dashboards, ensuring timely resolution.
- Offer training and assistance to business users, enabling them to efficiently navigate and utilize Looker.
Skills:
- 6-9 years of experience in a Senior BI Analyst role or a similar position.
- The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience with Looker, particularly in defining Data Models, Dimensions, and Measures.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and extracting data is essential.
- Experience in other BI tools like Tableau, Power BI and MicroStrategy would be an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of Python is a plus.
- Passionate and curious about data, with a strong aptitude for querying and analysing datasets to support fact-based decision-making.
- Experience working within the Adtech industry is a plus.
- Attention to details with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively interacting with diverse stakeholders
