Senior Analyst

Job Description:

Location: Mumbai
Shift timing: 1PM - 10PM / 2PM - 11PM
Experience: 3 to 4 years

Key responsibilities:
Build reports and dashboards independently
Quality checks of reports and dashboards
Enhancements and bug fixes to dashboards and manages the implementation
Develop underlying data structures necessary to support dashboard development
Maintain development and project level documentation
Tableau Server Administration - user access management, involvement in server updates, upgrades & migrations
Manage permissions and security of reporting environments
Proactive, regular communication with internal and external stakeholders
Present dashboards to clients and train them on using the dashboards.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training sessions.

Must Haves:
Tableau Dashboard development skills including the use of parameterized dynamic metrics and dimension, time intelligence calculations, dynamic zone visibility, the ability to understand the customers' business needs and design dashboards to satisfy those needs.
Tableau Server Administration
Professional, fluent communication skills - written and verbal.
Proficiency in business intelligence and data analytics concepts.
Good understanding of dashboard design best practices.
Intermediate to expert level proficiency in SQL and data modelling for BI.

Good To Have:
Media knowledge – knowledge of the digital media marketing landscape.
Additional tools: Knowledge or experience with other tools such as PowerBI & Qlik is a bonus.
