In this role, you will:
- Consult, review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable data factors
- Perform moderately complex data analysis to support and drive strategic initiatives and business needs
- Develop a deep understanding of technical systems and business processes to extract data driven insights while identifying opportunities for engineering enhancements
- Lead or participate on large cross group projects
- Mentor less experienced staff
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, external contractors, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Leverage a solid understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for supported area
- 4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- SQL, Teradata experience, Testing or quality assurance experience
- SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience
- Experience with System Integration Testing (SIT)
- Experience with ETL Testing
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in onshore/offshore support model
- Strong presentation, communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Knowledge on SharePoint
- Development experience in Power Automate, and Power Apps
- Experience in Agile methodology and leveraging Jira tools for workflow and productivity management.
- Knowledge of Conduct Management data, such as the Enterprise Allegations Platform (EAP) and/or the Allegation Lifecycle/Methodology
- Experience with JIRA development.
- Power Platform Developer Associate Certification
- Administer and configure SharePoint Online, including site collections, permissions, metadata, and security roles.
- Support strategic planning and governance efforts in partnership with the manager and team lead.
- Design and maintain advanced SharePoint solutions (e.g., workflows, forms, document libraries) using SPFx, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
- Partner with Power Platform developers to build integrated solutions leveraging Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and long-term platform roadmaps.
- Streamline manual processes and support automation initiatives across HR operations.
- Manage project documentation and team workflows using Jira tools and GitHub.
- Develop and Maintain Applications: Create, customize, and maintain high-quality PowerApps applications, including both canvas and model-driven apps.
- Integration: Collaborate with Microsoft services such as SharePoint, Teams, and Power Automate to ensure seamless integration and data flow.
- Data Management: Utilize data modeling techniques and manage data within the Common Data Service (CDS) for optimal application performance.
- Low-Code/No-Code Development: Apply no-code/low-code development strategies to design and build applications rapidly.
- User Support and Optimization: Provide ongoing user support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance to meet user needs and business requirements.
