What we’re about

At Harrison.ai, we’re redefining what’s possible in healthcare. Through our diagnostic AI solutions, we’re building tools that support clinicians to deliver earlier, more accurate diagnoses and raise the standard of care for millions of patients worldwide.

Our mission is bold but simple: to scale global healthcare capacity and create a fairer, healthier world. By using AI as a co-pilot for clinicians, we’re tackling one of healthcare’s biggest challenges, the shortage of human expertise, and giving every patient the chance to access timely, high-quality care, no matter where they live.

Because while we’re building cutting-edge AI, what we’re really building is hope—that everyone can access the healthcare they deserve.

And we’re just getting started.

About Your Role

Our Analytics Team plays a central role in driving data-informed decision-making and maximising the value of our evolving data ecosystem. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Analytics Engineer to design high-quality data models, enable self-serve analytics and develop key reports and dashboards used across the business.

As a Senior Analytics Engineer reporting to the Director of Analytics you will sit at the intersection of data engineering and analytics. You will own the transformation of raw data into well-modelled, documented and reliable datasets and help design and deliver impactful analytics and reporting. You’ll collaborate with product, commercial and engineering teams to ensure accurate, timely, and self-serve access to trusted data. Your work will help unlock actionable insights and drive data-informed innovation across global markets.

What You Do:
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable analytics data models that support reporting and analytics use cases.

  • Develop and maintain transformation pipelines using tools such as dbt to turn raw data into clean, tested and well-documented datasets.

  • Design and deliver high-impact reports and dashboards, taking ownership of more complex or cross-domain reporting solutions.

  • Define, document and standardise business metrics and KPIs to ensure alignment and trust in reporting across teams.

  • Develop and maintain self-serve analytics capabilities (e.g. curated datasets, semantic layers) that empower stakeholders to answer questions independently.

  • Collaborate with data engineering and platform resources to ensure upstream data pipelines and platforms appropriately support analytics and reporting needs.

  • Implement and maintain CI/CD practices for analytics code

  • Implement data quality checks, testing, and monitoring to proactively identify and resolve data issues that affect analytics and reporting.

  • Ensure analytics solutions adhere to data governance, privacy and security standards across regions.

What You Bring:
  • Proven experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, BI Engineer or similar role working on analytics data models and transformations.

  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets in cloud data warehouses (e.g. Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery).

  • Strong experience with BI and reporting tools (ideally Tableau and/or Metabase) including designing performant, user-friendly dashboards and reports.

  • Experience developing and maintaining dbt projects or similar transformation frameworks.

  • Experience with Git and version control best practices.

  • Experience building or maintaining reports and dashboards in modern BI tools.

Nice to have skills and characteristics:

  • Experience programming in Python and/or Spark.

  • Experience working in a regulated healthcare or medical device environment.

  • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for analytics code.

  • Familiarity with GDPR and international data compliance considerations in analytics contexts.

  • Experience defining and maintaining organisation-wide metrics layers or semantic models.
