As our tech maestro, you'll lead the charge in evaluating and swiftly resolving complex software challenges across front-end and back-end systems; Provide advanced technical support and strategic guidance for mission-critical applications; Orchestrate on-call support operations, ensuring round-the-clock excellence; Drive continuous improvement initiatives and mentor junior team members; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize application performance and resolve critical incidents; Oversee and enhance the performance of our software applications, including cutting-edge cloud-based solutions and infrastructure

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participate in complete lifecycle of complex support issues from logging to resolution 
  • Participate in cloud strategy implementation and optimization initiatives  
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams to ensure robust, prioritized solutions 
  • Drive process optimization and service improvements 
  • Exposure and experience with monitoring tools such AppDynamics / Dynatrace/ Elastic / Kibana / Grafana and Prometheus. 
  • Conduct specialized investigations on data integrity between applications 
  • Extract and analyse complex application and system support data 
  • Understand and advise on client's business processes and requirements 
  • Propose and implement configuration changes 
  • Oversee cloud security and compliance efforts  
  • Drive cloud cost optimization and resource management  
  • Address advanced customer business and technical queries 
  • Lead customer support meetings and improvement initiatives 
  • Mentor and train junior analysts and support teams 
  • Participate in escalation standby schedule and handle significant events 
  • Architect and implement complex cloud solutions to resolve critical business issues  
  • Lead cloud migration projects, including strategy development, execution, and post-migration optimization  

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field 
  • Strong knowledge of common business applications and databases 

Years of Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in application support or a similar IT role 
  • 3 -5 years of experience supporting cloud-based applications- Must have- (AWS preferred)

Other requirements

  • Strong understanding of cloud computing architectures and services 
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills 
  • Knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment 
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on user satisfaction 

Education

Bachelor's Degree: Computer and Information Science (Required)
