👩💻The role
As a Senior Associate - Brand Marketing at Headout, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic brand initiatives with a focus on creator partnerships, social media and community engagement, strategic brand initiatives with a focus on creator partnerships and community engagement. You will lead outreach efforts, manage key relationships, and contribute to campaigns that amplify Headout's brand presence. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners, you’ll bring innovative marketing strategies to life and ensure seamless execution of brand campaigns.

💝What skills & experience do you need?
- Minimum 3 years of experience in brand marketing, social media, or related fields
- Strategic thinker with the ability to connect initiatives to business objectives
- Creative problem-solver with a deep understanding of audience engagement
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills
- Adaptability to work in fluid environments and manage shifting priorities
- Experience with travel, entertainment, or lifestyle brands is a plus
