We are seeking a Financial Analyst (FP&A & Accounting) to support financial planning, reporting, and core accounting activities. This role offers a blend of FP&A and accounting responsibilities, providing exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and financial close processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to develop a well-rounded finance skill set within a collaborative, global environment. The work timing for the role would be 2:30PM – 11PM IST.

The day-to-day responsibilities include but not limited to: 

FP&A Support

  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes 
  • Support monthly financial reporting and variance analysis 
  • Help build and maintain financial models and reports 
  • Partner with finance teams to gather data and support business insights 
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial deliverables 

Accounting Support

  • Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations 
  • Support general ledger review and ensure data accuracy 
  • Partner with accounting teams to understand financial results and drivers 
  • Help maintain proper documentation and audit support materials 

Process & Reporting

  • Support the preparation of standardized reporting templates and dashboards 
  • Assist in improving processes and identifying efficiencies 
  • Maintain and organize financial data and documentation 
  • Support system updates and reporting enhancements as needed 

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with global finance and accounting teams 
  • Support communication of timelines and deliverables 
  • Build relationships across teams to support financial processes 

Essential traits:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 
  • 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or related finance roles 
  • Basic exposure to budgeting, forecasting, or month-end close preferred 
  • Internship or early experience in corporate finance or accounting is a plus 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  
  • Good Excel skills (financial modeling basics preferred) 
  • High attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Effective communication skills and willingness to learn 
  • Familiarity with financial systems/tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Oracle, Dynamics) is a plus 
  • Proactive mindset with interest in process improvement
