Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Bank Account Reconciliation, Manual Matching, Coding and Commenting
• Research and prepare recommendation to clear pending items
• Calculate Distributions and Commissions
• Resolve or escalate client issues promptly and support resolution as necessary
• Apply appropriate disposition and/or action to resolve discrepancies
• Identify process  efficiencies while performing  daily work and make recommendations in terms of process and practices to improve team performance
• Build and maintain teamwork , follow up with counterparts in an  effective manner

Job Requirements:

• Understanding of External and Internal Reconciliation Process
• Knowledge of Capital market, Mutual fund and Transfer Agency
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent research skills
• Ability to maintain a strong client’s focus
• Team player with the ability to work with multiple parties
• Understanding of Smart Desk , AWD and  TA2000 applications would be added advantage
