About the Role
Pearl is looking for an execution-focused Senior Associate Recruiter (Contract) with 2–4 years of experience in end-to-end hiring, especially volume and support roles. If you thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and can independently manage requisitions with speed and ownership, we’d love to connect.
What You’ll Do
- Drive quick turnaround on open roles while maintaining a strong candidate pipeline
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for support roles
- Source through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and internal databases
- Screen candidates and conduct HR assessments
- Coordinate interviews and ensure seamless stakeholder collaboration
- Deliver strong candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Track metrics (TAT, conversions, pipeline health) and maintain ATS data
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of recruitment experience (agency or corporate)
- Proven experience in volume/bulk hiring
- Strong sourcing expertise across job portals and LinkedIn
- Hands-on ATS experience (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or similar)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to meet hiring targets in a high-velocity environment
- Willingness to commit to a contractual engagement and deliver within defined timelines
