Manager - Wealth Management - IN

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Process Optimization & Risk Management: Lead efforts to optimize processes, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Conduct risk assessments, implement mitigation strategies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce errors.
  • Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for onshore stakeholders and senior leadership, ensuring clear communication and collaboration. Address complex challenges, align expectations, and drive solutions that support business needs and foster strong partnerships.
