The Sr. Claims Assistant is responsible for reviewing, analyzing and setting up leave and disability cases across Insurance, and related products in accordance with policy provisions, regulatory guidelines, and internal service standards.
This includes verifying eligibility, validating documentation, ensuring compliance with plan provisions and regulatory guidelines, and coordinating with employees, employers, and internal teams.
