AI Education Senior Specialist - IN
The Education Senior Specialist will be responsible for:
• Developing high-quality educational materials including workshop content, e-learning modules, and reference documentation
• Maintaining and updating a knowledge repository of AI concepts, best practices, and implementation guidelines
• Liaison with Business & key stakeholders for customizing training content for specific business units
• Creating awareness for identifying AI opportunities.
• Educating other departments on firm approval of AI products & their usages.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Work with HR and L&D teams to integrate AI education into broader organizational learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with business units to identify AI training needs and skill gaps.
- Create case studies based on successful AI implementations within the organization.
- Develop hands-on exercises and practical assignments to reinforce learning.
- Create awareness on AI products & AI processes.
- Gather and incorporate participant feedback to continuously improve training materials.

- Developing high-quality educational materials including workshop content, e-learning modules, and reference documentation
- Maintaining and updating a knowledge repository of AI concepts, best practices, and implementation guidelines
- Liaison with Business & key stakeholders for customizing training content for specific business units
- Creating awareness for identifying AI opportunities.
- Educating other departments on firm approval of AI products & their usages.
