As a Senior Automation Tester, you'll design and implement automated test strategies, mentor junior testers, and ensure software quality through effective testing.
ProArch is seeking a talented Senior Automation Tester to enhance our quality assurance team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our testing efforts, utilizing your expertise in automation to ensure our software products meet the highest standards of quality. You will work closely with other team members to build and improve our automated testing frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of automated test strategies.
- Create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for both web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to define testing requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Mentor junior testers in automation techniques and best practices.
- Analyze test failures and defects, providing insights to improve software quality.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for efficient delivery and deployment.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to test planning activities.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software testing, focusing on automation.
- Strong expertise in automation testing tools, such as Selenium and Appium.
- Proficiency in programming languages like C#, Java, or Python.
- Testing Automation, TDM, Functional and performance testing
- Experience with test management tools and CI/CD pipeline integration.
- Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline is preferred.
