So, what’s the role all about?
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior BI Analyst to join our corporate team.
How will you make an impact?
- Develop and maintain complex data models for business data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design appropriate data models that align with business needs.
- Create and maintain data dictionaries and metadata repositories to ensure consistency and integrity of data models.
- Identify and resolve data model performance issues to optimize database performance and enhance overall system functionality.
- Document and communicate data model designs and standards to ensure understanding and compliance across the organization.
- Work with business managers and analysts to understand and prioritize data and information requirements
- Provide analytical and functional support for internal clients
- Write and maintain technical documentation
- Review and validate data loaded into the data warehouse for accuracy
Have you got what it takes?
- Industrial engineering degree / information systems degree
- Experience in a high-tech environment as a BI System Analyst – Must
- Experience designing relational databases – Must
- Strong understanding of SQL and data modeling concepts – Must – how to create the modeling
- Proficiency in data modeling tools
- Experience in designing and implementing database structures
- Ability to create and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models
- Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes
- Knowledge of industry best practices for data modeling and database design
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of database queries
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with corporate systems data structure like: Salesforce, ServiceNow, ERP applications - Advantage
- Experience in cloud data warehouse: Snowflake – advantage
- Experience in transformation tool: DBT – advantage
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- High self-learning ability
- Service orientation
- High level of English

- A deep understanding of relational databases
- SQL mastering
- ETL processes
- Data modeling – star schemas
