Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking an expert Senior Business
Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our IMDC Data Enablement team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for enabling pivotal business decisions by developing data pipelines, creating compelling interactive dashboards and visualizations, and implementing advanced analytics capabilities.
The Data Enablement team focuses on harnessing data to drive strategic insights and self-service capabilities across the organization.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) In this role, you will:
Responsibility 1: Transform complex business requirements into optimized, intuitive dashboards, reports, and visualizations (Tableau, Looker), complete with advanced data analysis and profiling.
Responsibility 2: Collaborate with stakeholders to extend self-service capabilities and expedite data gathering by leveraging Google Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Business Intelligence (BI) technologies.
Responsibility 3: Ensure compliance with organizational standards by adhering to change management, versioning processes, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within Agile Scrum methodologies.
What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications) The ideal candidate will have:
8+ years of experience encompassing Business Intelligence (BI) development, data engineering, and client-facing roles.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server T-SQL scripting (tables, views, indexes, data loads) and an in-depth understanding of data warehousing concepts.
Proven ability in customer-focused User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) visualization, coupled with expertise in data storytelling.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science) and prior experience utilizing Git for codebase version control.
