Responsibilities
Translate business requirements into clear, actionable product and data insights
Analyze customer interaction data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
Work closely with product, engineering, and client teams to deliver AI solutions
Define KPIs, track performance, and drive continuous improvement
Create dashboards, reports, and presentations for stakeholders
Support client onboarding, use-case design, and solution optimization
Requirements
5–8 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or analytics roles
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
Experience working with customer experience, support, or conversational AI platforms is a plus
Ability to translate complex data into simple insights and recommendations
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Fast-paced, problem-solving mindset
