Role Title: GRC Analyst, Senior GRC Analyst (Depends on Candidate’s Experience)
ROLE PROFILE:
Enable the evolution of our enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance platform by delivering organization-wide impact. This strategic role blends deep GRC domain expertise, technical skills and stake-holder management. You will -
- Part of GRC Technology team to support end-to-end delivery of the GRC system aligned with group risk goals and roadmap.
- Bring a solid technical and GRC Implementation skills and serve as the liaison between GRC business teams, internal technology partners and the platform vendor for configuration, integration, and adoption.
- Conduct gap analysis between current capabilities and desired outcomes by analysing business processes and frameworks.
- Help to drive user engagement and adoption through training, usability initiatives and continuous improvement.
- Domain knowledge in [Finance/Risk/Compliance or relevant domain].
ROLE SUMMARY:
Support in driving ongoing management of the enterprise GRC platform, ensuring alignment with risk and compliance strategies. The role is accountable for working in close partnership with technology team, business partners, the application support team and vendor to ensure that both existing and emerging business requirements—arising from operational usage, framework improvements, or regulatory changes—are clearly understood, well-documented, and translated into actionable specifications for implementation by the support team.
You will be driving various technology initiative for platform adoption and optimizing system performance through effective tooling. Additionally, you will support on building and validating the implemented solutions for various GRC modules and components within a unified platform.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Support the end-to-end implementation of the GRC application, including collecting requirements, assisting with solution build, and coordinating configuration and deployment activities
- Act as the key liaison between the GRC Technology Team, COO team and the vendor, ensuring smooth platform delivery and system adoption
- Configure GRC platforms to support workflows like risk assessments, control testing, issue management, policy management, Regulatory Engagement, Business Continuity, and Third Party.
- Assist in crafting the integrated risk platform requirements by supporting alignment with business objectives and chipping in to planning discussions with stakeholders. Create and maintain process flow diagrams, data models, and configuration documents.
- Handle critical system components including data model setup, workflow optimization, role-based access controls, reporting dashboards, and governance protocols
- Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of the integrated platform, usability initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate system upgrades, validations and enhancements in partnership with LSEG’s technology partners and the GRC vendor. Develop test cases and perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for GRC system changes.
- Deliver training, support, and documentation to promote user adoption and satisfaction
- Facilitate workshops, demos, and training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
- Design and deliver dashboards and reports for risk metrics, compliance status, and audit findings. Collaborate on reporting overall project status on operations.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Proven expertise in implementing and configuring leading GRC platforms to meet business needs
- Experience on working on GRC platforms with exposure to implementing risk management, compliance processes, and regulatory frameworks
- Strong understanding of SQL, APIs, system integrations, data flows, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and reporting.
- Solid ability to code independently, validate system workflows and collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in customer engagement, vendor management and process modelling (BPMN preferred). Ability to create BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
- Support performance tracking and help define metrics to improve GRC system efficiency and outcomes
