Job Description:
A Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Functional Consultant will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing Salesforce solutions for financial institutions. His/Her responsibilities include understanding business needs, configuring Salesforce, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering
Work with stakeholders to understand financial services workflows.
Translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
2. Salesforce Configuration & Customization
Configure Financial Services Cloud (FSC) features like client profiles, financial accounts, and relationship mapping.
3. Data Management & Integration
Ensure seamless integration with third-party financial tools (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv,SalesConnect).
Maintain data security and compliance with GDPR, SEC, and FINRA regulations.
4. User Training & Adoption
Conduct workshops for advisors, relationship managers, and operations teams.
Develop user guides and best practices for Salesforce adoption.
5. Reporting & Analytics
Build dashboards using Salesforce Reports, Einstein Analytics for financial insights.
Optimize lead management and customer segmentation strategies.
6. Compliance & Security
Implement role-based access control (RBAC) for sensitive financial data.
Ensure adherence to industry standards for data protection.
Years of Experience
8+ years of Software Development experience required
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related engineering field required. Advanced degree preferred.
Special Requirements
Good to have prior experience of working in Finance domain (Investment bank, Asset Management firm, Hedge Fund).
Good to have exposure to large scale distributed applications.
