Reporting to the Associate Director, Value & Insights, the Data Analyst is an individual contributor who builds and maintains the business intelligence assets that power decision-making for the Experience Data Platform. This role translates complex platform and business data into clear, executive-ready narratives that inform prioritization, investment decisions, and ongoing optimization.
The Data Analyst defines and maintains key performance, cost, utilization, and adoption metrics aligned to business outcomes; ensures data accuracy, consistency, and governance across all insights and measures; and builds automated dashboards and reporting that provide real-time visibility into platform health. The role also leads recurring and ad hoc deep-dive analyses across platform and business data to answer stakeholder questions, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and surface insights that guide how we invest in and operate the platform.
Success in this role requires solid analytical skills, proficiency with modern analytical, AI, and BI tools, and experience working in cloud-based data environments. The Data Analyst must be able to interpret and communicate results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for product managers and other decision-makers, and drive continuous improvement in how the Experience Data organization measures, monitors, and manages the value of the platform.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage and manipulate data from cloud-based data management and analytics platforms to support measurement and reporting for the Experience Data Platform
- Define and maintain standardized performance, cost, utilization, and adoption metrics aligned to business and platform objectives
- Build, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports that provide executive-ready visibility into platform health and value
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across all Value & Insights datasets, dashboards, and reports
- Lead recurring and ad hoc deep-dive analyses across platform and business data to answer stakeholder questions, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for product managers and other decision-makers
- Use analytics and AI-enabled tools, where appropriate, to surface trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities in platform and business data
- Support development and application of value and ROI frameworks to evaluate platform capabilities and modernization investments
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Finance, and the Program & Partner Enablement lead to link insights to decisions and track realized value against strategic goals
- Prepare and deliver analysis, reporting, and presentation materials for senior stakeholders and cross-functional forums
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve data pipelines, reporting automation, and analytic methods used by the Value & Insights team

Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- 8+ years of solid proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and data visualization
- 5+ years with cloud platform (Databricks, snowflake, Azure)
- Experience managing and manipulating data from cloud-based data management and analytics platforms
- Experience using analytics and AI-enabled tools to surface insights and anomalies
- Experience improving data pipelines, reporting automation, and analytical methods
- Proven ability to define and maintain performance, cost, utilization, and adoption metrics
- Proven solid analytical skills for conducting deep analyses, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
- Proven solid capability to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance in dashboards and reports
- Proven excellent communication skills for preparing and delivering insights to senior stakeholders
