This role will be primarily focused on supporting the Product and Platform Solutions Management team managing monthly and quarterly business processes. This role will be responsible for compiling, analyzing and presenting key metrics to leaders and business partners. In addition to reporting responsibilities, the analyst will support the creation and on-going management of product marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain standardized templates for monthly and quarterly reporting.
- Collect and compile data from multiple sources, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Prepare and distribute comprehensive reports on financial, operational and other business metrics.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that data is correctly reflected in tools and reporting that are aligned with business objectives.
- Generate product marketing materials within defined turnaround time and perform quality checks to ensure high accuracy.
- Understanding the business processes thoroughly and the interdependencies of various sources/systems.
- Conduct data analysis to identify patterns, trends and actionable insights.
- Provide ad-hoc reports and insights as needed for decision-making.
- Maintain documentation of all processes\ reports being created.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business related fields
- Strong academic background with good understanding of financial services industry.
- 3-7 years of related experience in the financial services industry.
- Candidate should have excellent knowledge and experience of MS Excel and/or MS Access
- Experience with financial content review and publishing.
- Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Highly organized, motivated, self-directed and possess a cohesive team attitude.
- Should be client-focused and possess strong prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Capable of quickly mastering new skills and concepts
- Demonstrates a strong drive for continuous learning and intellectual growth
