Senior Business Execution Consultant - Service Now & HR AI Techno Functional Consultant

About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant
In this role, you will:

• Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
• Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
• Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
• Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
• Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
• Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
• Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Candidate has to work in Night shift: IST 6.30pm to 3.30am and should be flexible as per the team's requirement
• The candidate will be responsible for directly managing client queries, ensuring timely responses, and fostering strong relationships with both external and internal stakeholders, all while maintaining a clear focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Candidates are expected to demonstrate proficiency in AI tools and other emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency. This includes leveraging platforms like Microsoft Copilot, Agentspace, etc, to automate workflows, enhance decision-making, and deliver actionable insights.

Job Expectations:

• Manage client interactions to ensure a high level of satisfaction and resolve queries in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate responses and ensure client needs are met efficiently.
• Experience in client relations or customer service is preferred, preferably in a U.S. market.
• Drive process improvements to strengthen the risk and control environment, enhance data quality, promote knowledge sharing through team sessions, and maintain a centralized knowledge repository.
• Proactively identify execution, workflow, and risk issues; ensure timely documentation and escalation through established channels, while collaborating across teams to improve handoffs and address recurring issues.
