Primary Responsibilities:
- Use pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems related to user support for a set of performance management applications
- Prioritize work in order to manage multiple task types and meet deadlines for all
- Investigate non-standard requests and problems with minimal assistance from others, test and troubleshoot different scenarios and share finding
- Able to communicate easily with customers both to understand issue and explain the solution
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Microsoft Office Suite experience
- 2+ years of data analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience supporting metric reporting
- Intermediate proficiency querying within SQL Server environment
