As a Senior IT SOX Compliance Lead (India), you will serve as the expert for Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) IT General Controls (ITGC) and related ICFR requirements. This role will lead the SOX IT control design, execution readiness, evidence quality, and audit support across in-scope systems and projects. You will mentor compliance staff (L1/L2 analysts and interns) and guide technical partners (system administrators, platform owners, and project teams) to implement controls consistently, produce audit-ready evidence, and remediate issues effectively. The role partners closely with global IT SOX and Finance SOX teams, Internal Audit, and external auditors to drive an enterprise-scale, cross-functional SOX operating model.
