Experience Required:
4–8 years of experience in Java-based application support (Technical Production Support)
- Strong experience in Java 8+ and Spring Framework (Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA)
- Experience supporting production-grade backend applications
- Proficiency in MySQL and MongoDB (query optimization, indexing, performance tuning)
- Hands-on experience in incident management, production support, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Sumo Logic, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis and fixes
- Experience with JUnit for unit testing
- Exposure to AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM)
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills
