Job Description

単なる積算に留まらず、予算を設定しプロジェクトを完結させる「コストの相談役」です。クライアントの要望を深く理解し、設計者等と連携しながら、コスト抑制や透明化に向けた工法・システム等の提案を行います。

  • Conducting background research, data collection and benchmarking
  • Support in creating total project budget plans during the planning stage
  • Estimation tasks for new construction and renovation projects
  • VE (Value Engineering) proposals and evaluations
  • Support tasks related to bidding and contracts (procurement strategy planning, estimate evaluation, price negotiations, advice on contract terms, etc.)
  • Cost monitoring and change management after construction contracts
  • Cost reporting at all stages of the project, close communication with clients and project stakeholders, and participation in meetings

  • 設計図書の理解を背景としたクライアントとの合意形成や報告書作成

Qualifications

Required 

  • Experience in construction projects (e.g. construction manager, procurement, project manager, vendor, consultant etc.) 
  • Native-level proficiency in Japanese (JPLT N1/N2)
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of handling negotiations 
  • A team player with strong problem-solving abilities 
  • Proficiency in Excel (basic understanding of functions such as SUMIF and XLOOKUP for data aggregation and lookup) 
  • 建築プロジェクトでの経験(施工管理、調達、プロジェクトマネージャー、メーカー、コンサルタント等)を有する方 
  • ネイティブレベルの日本語
  • ビジネスレベルの英語(TOEIC700~)
  • 交渉に対応できる優れたコミュニケーション能力 
  • 優れた問題解決能力を持つチームプレーヤー 
  • Excelスキル(SUMIF, XLOOKUPなどの関数を使用した集計やデータ検索の基本の理解) 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction projects 
  • Technical knowledge of cost management skills such as cost estimation, quantity surveying, and bid management in construction projects 
  • 建築プロジェクトでの経験を満3年以上有する方 
  • 建築プロジェクトにて概算、数量拾い、入札管理等、コスト管理業務に関わる技術的知識を有する方 
  • グローバルな環境で専門性を高めたい

入社時に高い英語力は必須ではありません。施工管理や設計・積算の知識を生かし、大型プロジェクトの予算管理を主導する面白さが実感できます
