Johnson Controls is seeking a Senior Data Analyst with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our analytics team in Pune. The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging data to drive business insights and support decision-making processes across the organization.
What You Will Do:
- Lead data analysis initiatives, identifying trends, patterns, and insights to inform business strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Conduct statistical analyses to support business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy, implementing best practices for data management and analysis.
What We Look For:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Experience in machine learning techniques and predictive modeling.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
