The Senior Data Analyst at Nium is responsible for building and maintaining analytical dashboards, reporting, and providing actionable insights to the sales and revenue teams based on comprehensive data analysis.

About the Role:
As a Data Analyst at Nium, you will play a critical role in empowering our global sales and revenue teams with accurate, timely, and actionable insights. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytical models that support decision-making across the GTM organization. This role requires strong data skills, attention to detail, and a passion for turning numbers into stories. You will also work closely on other sales ops activities including but not limited to maintaining sales collaterals and facilitating new clients’ due diligence process
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather sales data from various sources, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, spreadsheets, and other databases.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to sales teams based on the analysis of sales data.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and revenue to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Support sales team with pipeline updates, account segmentation, and data imports/exports.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of sales data in CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
- Support the team in various initiatives, such as maintaining of sales collaterals and facilitating new clients’ due diligence process.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in analytical roles such as data analyst or business analyst.
- Expertise in programming languages like Python and SQL.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to identify trends and propose solutions.
- Experience in creating interactive dashboards and easily understandable data visualizations, preferably using Tableau.
- Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
