- Developer responsibilities include generating dashboards and reporting for business processes in projects. To be successful in this role, you should have experience using advanced dashboarding and analytical skills to work well in a team

- Operates with minimal guidance, takes full ownership of deliverables, and independently handles both routine and complex analytical and technical tasks

Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of combined hands on experience across Power BI, Advanced SQL, Databricks, Power Automate, Azure DevOps, with strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric
- 7+ years of experience across the Microsoft analytics ecosystem with deep specialization in Power BI, Advanced SQL, Databricks (PySpark), Power Automate, Azure DevOps, and strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Fabric workloads
- Have hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Git integration, and CI/CD workflows
- Experience working with relational databases, Power Apps, Power BI, SQL, and Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of GitHub integration with Azure DevOps for source control and collaboration
- Familiarity with current security controls, governance practices, and compliance frameworks
- Engineer end to end Power BI semantic models, build enterprise grade visualizations, and implement advanced RLS/OLS security frameworks with optimized data modeling
- Proven ability to be responsible for development, enhancement, and maintenance of FDM Power BI reports and Fabric-based analytics solutions
- Proven ability to work directly with business teams to understand requirements and deliver high quality solutions aligned with Optum coding standards and enterprise architectural guidelines
- Proven ability to contribute to new solution initiatives leveraging Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Databricks, Azure DevOps, and advanced SQL-based data engineering patterns such as Delta Lake, and metadata driven ETL
- Proven ability to create and maintain Fabric pipelines, Dataflows, Lakehouse tables, and end-to-end analytics workloads
- Proven ability to apply best practices for DAX query tuning, auto-exec plan optimization, semantic model compression, and overall Fabric workload governance
- Proven ability to extract, transform, and model data using Databricks notebooks (PySpark/SQL)
- Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets and develop advanced SQL-based transformations
- Proven ability to perform root cause analysis on data-quality issues and deliver corrective solutions
- Proven ability to build and maintain Power Automate flows to support data refresh, notifications, and workflow automation
- Proven ability to reuse or build reusable code, algorithms, and data structures for common business needs
- Proven ability to understand and optimize operational characteristics including scalability, memory utilization, concurrency, and end to end system performance across analytics workloads
- Proven ability to develop awareness of upstream and downstream impacts of code and data flows
- Proven solid analytical skills with the ability to work on structured and unstructured datasets
- Proven ability to use data-driven approaches to solve business problems and provide actionable insights
- Proven ability to track, identify, and escalate issues affecting data quality, performance, or user experience
