Design, architect, and build large-scale data platforms (data lakes, data marts). Develop databases, ETL pipelines, and data models. Work with SQL, BigQuery/GCP, Hadoop/Spark, and reporting tools (Looker/Power BI). Collaborate with stakeholders, solve data problems, and optionally implement event-driven streaming (Kafka, Flink) and Postgres.

RequirementsQualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 6+ years experience architecting and building large scale data platforms
- Experience architecting and building large-scale data platforms, including data lakes and data marts
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role, with a strong background in database design and development
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling tools, and ETL processes
- Knowledge of reporting Looker, Power BI, or similar tools
- Knowledge with Google BigQuery or equivalent
- Familiarity with cloud platforms with GCP preferred
- Experience using big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with event-driven architecture and streaming data processing frameworks like Kafka, Spark, Flink is a plus
- Knowledge of Postgres is a plus
