A Sr Data Engineer is responsible for managing and manipulating structured data to deliver actionable insights that support business decisions. This position emphasizes in conducting analysis to identify patterns and trends, performing data normalization, and ensuring data quality across tools and systems.

A Sr Data Engineer is responsible for managing and manipulating structured data to deliver actionable insights that support business decisions. This position emphasizes in conducting analysis to identify patterns and trends, performing data normalization, and ensuring data quality across tools and systems.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Digital Enablement Expertise
- Collect, clean, normalize, and validate structured data from multiple sources
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems
- Perform descriptive analyses and interpret results and translate findings into actionable business insights
- Build interactive dashboards and reports using BI and visualization tools
- Data Governance
- Define and maintain data standards, ensuring compliance with governance policies
- Develop and manage documentation for systems and analytics projects
- Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration
- Partner with business teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Support internal and external stakeholders with analytical tasks and derive outcomes as and when needed
- Communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree Computer Science, in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in BI domain
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
- Experience with Statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SAS)
- Solid experience in Power BI, visualization techniques, and enterprise-scale analytics programs
- Knowledge of big data technologies and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus
- Solid understanding of data ecosystems and BI tools/techniques
- Solid proficiency in SQL and data manipulation techniques
- Proven exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
