We're seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating user-centered designs that drive engaging and seamless experiences across our digital platforms. You'll work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to translate user needs and business goals into intuitive and innovative solutions. 1. Product & Experience Design

• Lead end-to-end design for complex features across core flows (ordering, tracking, captain experience, marketplace).
• Translate product requirements into intuitive, scalable, and high-quality user experiences.
• Design for real-time, high-frequency use cases with clarity and efficiency in mind.

2. Strategic Contribution

• Partner with Product Managers to shape product direction, not just execute on requirements.
• Contribute to defining product strategy through user insights, data, and design thinking.
• Balance user needs, business goals, and operational constraints.

3. Craft & Quality

• Deliver high-quality UX and UI with strong attention to detail.
• Raise the bar for design quality across the team through strong execution and ownership.
• Ensure consistency across features and platforms.

4. Design Systems & Scalability

• Contribute to the evolution of Mrsool’s design system.
• Create and maintain reusable components and patterns.
• Promote system thinking to improve speed and consistency across teams.

5. Research & Insights

• Collaborate closely with UX Research and data teams to inform decisions.
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to guide design solutions.
• Advocate for the user while staying grounded in business impact.

6. Collaboration

• Work closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.
• Participate in product discussions, planning, and design critiques.
• Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams.

7. Mentorship & Team Contribution

• Support and mentor designers across the team.
• Contribute to building a strong design culture through feedback and collaboration.
• Help improve design processes and workflows.

• Bachelor’s degree in UX, HCI, Design, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in product design (consumer or B2B products).
• Demonstrated success in designing scalable consumer or B2B digital products.
• Strong experience in using Figma, prototyping tools, and design system platforms.
• Proven ability to influence product direction at both tactical and strategic levels.
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.

• Experience in marketplace, logistics, or on-demand products.
• Experience designing for real-time systems or operational tools.
• Experience contributing to or building design systems.
