About the RoleWe are looking for a seasoned Senior Developer (T24) with 6–9 years of experience to join our dynamic team focused on delivering Temenos transformation programs. This role requires strong hands-on experience with T24 development (R18 and above), including core modules, customization, integration, and performance optimization. Ideal candidates will bring both technical expertise and leadership skills to contribute to large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze, design, and develop solutions as part of T24 upgrade/implementation:
Customizations
Functional enhancements
Reports development
Data migration and conversion
COB job setup
Interfaces with external systems
Optimize performance and support tuning activities
Provide technical support for T24 product configuration, installation, upgrades, and patches
Coordinate with Temenos for T24 setup and issue resolution
Validate technical setups and conduct necessary technical testing
Create detailed technical documentation
Mentor and guide junior team members
Identify and address technical gaps, ensuring alignment with scope and feasibility
Contribute to the bank's T24 roadmap, including cloud migration and component optimization
Promote reusability through adoption of reusable components, templates, and tools
Actively contribute to internal improvement initiatives and knowledge assets
Experience: 6–9 years, with minimum 3 years in T24 development/consultancy
Core T24 Technical Expertise:
T24 R18+ with TAFJ architecture
InfoBasic programming, Java, JavaScript
Security module (SMS), OFS, IRIS API
Batch/COB, reporting, data interfaces
Platforms & Tools:
App Server: jBASE / JBoss
OS: RedHat Linux, IBM AIX
RDBMS: Oracle, SQL
Technical Implementation:
Logging and monitoring in T24
Data protection: encryption, masking
Componentization of applications
Web services and API-first design
IRIS integration and migration
ESB-based orchestration and event-driven messaging
Security: cryptography, LDAP/Active Directory, SSO
Experience with WAR/EAR files, JVM tuning, and cloud hosting
Experience with:
Continual release deployment
Development accelerators and reusable frameworks
T24 interfaces in banking transformation projects
At least 3 T24 functional products
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Excellent communication (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
Agile methodology awareness and adaptability
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong adherence to coding standards and SDLC best practices
Collaborative team player with stakeholder engagement capability
