We are seeking an exceptional Senior DevOps Engineer to join our CloudOps organization at Zoom. You will be responsible for building and evolving our Cloud Foundations Platform. Empowering our development teams to efficiently provision and manage resources across our multi-cloud environment. About the Team
The CloudOps organization at Zoom is responsible for building and evolving our Cloud Foundations Platform. Our team helps empowers our development teams to efficiently provision and manage resources across our multi-cloud environment.
What we’re looking for
5+ years of software engineering experience, with a focus on platform engineering and cloud infrastructure .
Have experience with Python programming, in addition to scripting languages.
Have expertise of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform), understanding of infrastructure automation principles, and exceptional programming skills in Python.
Have experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Be able to participate in on-call shifts and incident management and work after hours/weekends for application releases/deployments.
Have experience with containerisation technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration platforms.
Have knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability solutions for cloud infrastructure.
Have familiarity with agile development methodologies and experience working in iterative environment.
