In this role, you will:

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight over AdTech and CDP platforms.

  • Lead the technical design, architecture and scalability of AdTech solutions.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AdTech, to drive system improvements. 

  • Oversee the assessment and integration of next-gen CDPs for data unification, segmentation, and analytics, ensuring they support personalization and campaign execution.

  • Implement universal identifiers like UID 2.0, PAIR and ramp id to improve data interoperability and identity resolution. 

  • Ensure seamless integration of AdTech platforms with the MarTech ecosystem (like CMS, CRM, CleanRooms, Digital Products) for efficient audience segmentation, retargeting, and ROI measurement 

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize paid media activation, leveraging CRM and CDP data for targeted campaigns. 

  • Develop strategies to collect, manage, and leverage customer data across all digital touchpoints effectively while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.  

  • In collaboration with legal, privacy and compliance, ensure that all architectural designs comply with CPRA/CCPA, GDPR, and other data privacy regulations.

In one of our professional roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

Who you are? 

  • Bachelor's degree in management information systems/technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. MBA or equivalent is preferred. 

  • 10+ years of experience in IT solutions architecture.

  • Proven expertise in AdTech architecture, design and implementation of large-scale ad delivery system and their integration with CRM and CDP (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, The Trade Desk).

  • Proven experience evaluating, implementing, and integrating enterprise-level CDP and AdTech solutions. 

  • Experience with NoSQL data platform technologies, and ETL and data ingestion protocols.  

  • Experience with CDP platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Platform, Epsilon, Salesforce CDP). 

  • Familiarity with CRM, CIAM platforms is a plus.

  • Deep understanding of customer data lifecycle, including identity resolution, consent management, and segmentation. 

  • In-depth knowledge of customer data platforms, identity graphs, and universal identifiers.

  • Strong understanding of cookie technology and its implications for digital marketing. 

  • Familiarity with data enrichment techniques and tools. 

  • Familiarity with cloud-based services (e.g., MS, AWS, Google Cloud). 

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project management and software development.
