As the Senior Director, Customer Value and Growth Strategy – Core Lab Diagnostics, you will own the enterprise value strategy for Core Lab Diagnostics and define how Siemens Healthineers competes and wins at the health‑system and C‑suite level. This role is accountable for shaping an overarching value narrative that connects clinical innovation, operational performance, and economic impact—ensuring Core Lab partnerships are positioned as long‑term, system‑wide strategic investments. You will operate at the center of growth strategy, influencing executive engagement, competitive positioning, and high‑stakes commercial decisions across the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will translate enterprise value strategy into measurable commercial impact by:

  • Owning the Enterprise Value Narrative: Define and activate a differentiated, executive‑level value proposition that positions the Core Lab portfolio as the superior long‑term partner for healthcare systems. Develop internal and external‑facing assets—including presentations, value calculations, case studies, and positioning materials—to support customer engagement.
  • Winning the C‑Suite: Develop compelling CEO‑, CFO‑, COO‑, and CIO‑level messaging that reframes Core Lab decisions around enterprise outcomes, not just assays and analyzers.
  • Outperforming the Competition: Build and deploy value stories and proof points that clearly differentiate Siemens Healthineers in high‑stakes competitive tenders and executive evaluations.
  • Driving Commercial Impact: Influence deal strategy, executive presentations, and partnership models for complex, multi‑year Core Lab agreements.
  • Proving Partnership Value: Establish clear, defensible frameworks to demonstrate realized value over time, supporting renewals, expansions, and long‑term strategic alignment.
  • Aligning the Organization: Partner across Commercial, Marketing, Medical, HEOR, and Service teams to ensure consistent, credible value messaging across the customer lifecycle.
  • Building the Capability: Lead and scale the global mindset, approach, and capabilities required to embed enterprise value strategy and executive engagement across the organization.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years in senior marketing, commercial, strategy, or value leadership roles within healthcare (Diagnostics, IVD, or medical technology strongly preferred)
  • Proven success influencing C‑suite decision‑makers and navigating competitive enterprise negotiations
  • Strong understanding of health‑system economics and laboratory operations
  • Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred

The base pay range for this position is:

$189,950 - $261,184

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
