Designed as a long-term investment, the Pune Hub will advance newer digital capabilities such as automation, data, AI, and cloud, and will include roles spanning end user services, application development, and enterprise platform teams.

How will you make an impact:
Provide highly complex design, development and deployment of scalable and efficient AI/ML models both for prototyping purposes as well as for production deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, software engineers, product managers, business leads) to define requirements and ideate solutions using AI/ML frameworks.
Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups and demo prototypes or milestone updates when necessary
Drive research and experimentation to explore new AI/ML techniques, tools, and frameworks.
Build end-to-end data pipelines for collecting, processing, and analyzing large-scale datasets.
Ensure code and model development are well-documented and follow best engineering practices.
Improve and optimize the performance of models, ensuring robustness, scalability, and efficiency.

What you'll need (Required):
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or technical field.
4 years experience in Software Development or Engineering demonstrably solid performance in a role working with cross-functional teams (within IT and/or within the business) on enterprise-level or complex/novel system implementations Required
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or similar.
Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, etc.).
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and data structures.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Cloud Infrastructure services for model deployment and data storage.
Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or similar tools is a plus.
Solid experience with version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies.
Experience with deep learning techniques (e.g., CNNs, RNNs, GANs, etc.).
Knowledge of data engineering practices and tools like Apache Kafka, Airflow, etc.
